McLaren Construction are pleased to be working in partnership with Hackney Council and the Local Education Partnership as principal contractor for the redevelopment of the New Regent’s College site.
The project is part of Hackney Council’s wider schools building programme, to ensure there are enough school places for local children. Their borough-wide programme will see two new secondary schools built and a replacement, state of the art New Regent’s College built here in Nile Street.
This development is going to be mixed-use, so as well as building an improved school, we will be building residential apartments, to help fund the school building programme, making a £12m contribution to the council’s social housing regeneration budget
